Speaker sounds bad

I bought a speaker from you about three years ago. Recently it is sounding bad. It isn't clear like it used to be. What should I do?

@ravir, all of our speakers have at least a five year warranty. If you have determined by switching wires that the problem stays in that channel, contact our support line at 800-555-9999 to get an RMA.
